Sprinkle steak with a little salt & pepper on each side. Cook in a prewarmed skillet, we use cast iron, skillet. Over low indirect heat cook steak to desired wellness, flipping steak halfway through cooking. Its just that easy!! Low and slow. Enjoy!!
